Warranty Information

Synchrotech Stock OE Spec Remanufactured Transmissions come with a 1 year warranty against defects in parts or workmanship. This warranty is limited to the repair of the transmission by Synchrotech and does not cover installation labor, shipping, or the cost of any other expenses incurred. Damage due to Racing or abuse is not covered under this warranty.

Hi-Performance Parts and Transmissions are intended for off road and track use only, and are not for street legal driving. As with any Hi-Performance parts, extreme use will cause parts failure. Therefore, we only warranty Hi-Performance Parts and Transmissions to be free from defects upon initial installation. Due to the nature of “For Race Use Only Products”, performance parts once used in a running transmission will not be covered under warranty. Synchrotech / MFactory R&D’s obligation under warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing, at its option, any part proven defective. Final determination of the suitability and use of the products is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Synchrotech / MFactory R&D shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or injury to persons or property that might be claimed as a result of the failure of any part, including claims for delay, loss of profits, or labor.
